- or up to one year from the date of purchase from SIA
If you are not fully 100% satisfied with the quality of our cartridge, we will replace the cartridge or refund your money.

Our SIA Distributor guarantee goes beyond what you might expect. We service your printers!
If at any time your printer fails due to a defective SIA Distributor cartridge, we will service and repair your machine, or call in a third party repair tech at no charge to you.
